The exam will be held on 27th January 2026 at different centres across West Bengal. WBSEDCL Admit Card

The exam will be held online for Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer posts to fill 447 vacancies. For Assistant Manager in HR&A and F&A, the exam will run from 9:30 am to 11 am. For Junior Engineer Electrical Grade II, the exam will take place in Shift 2 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm and in Shift 3 from 4:30 pm to 6 pm. To appear in the exam, candidates must download the WBSEDCL Admit Card by logging in with their registration number and date of birth.

Steps to Download the WBSEDCL JE & Assistant Manager Admit Card 2026

Visit the official website of WBSEDCL at www.wbsedcl.in.
On the homepage, click on the Career tab and choose Apply Online under the recruitment section.
Click on the link “WBSEDCL Admit Card 2026 for Assistant Manager and Junior Engineer (Electrical)”.
You will be taken to the login page where you need to enter your registration number and password.
After submitting the details, the WBSEDCL JE Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.
Download and save the admit card PDF for the exam scheduled on 27 January 2026.

WBSEDCL Exam Pattern 2026

The exam will have 85 questions from different subjects.
Each question will carry 1 mark.
For every wrong answer, 0.33 marks will be deducted.
The total time given for the exam will be 90 minutes.
The vernacular section will be in Bengali or Nepali, while all other sections will be in English only.
