SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam dates officially released, candidates check their schedule below.
The dates for the Staff Selection Commission’s 2025 SSC CGL Exam have been announced for Thursday, September 3, 2025. The schedule for the Combined Graduate Level Exam 2025 is available on the SSC’s official website, ssc.gov.in.
As per the notice, the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025 will be conducted on September 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26. The test will be conducted via computer-based form.

Multiple-choice, objective-type questions will make up the Tier-I exam. English comprehension, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and general intelligence and reasoning will all be covered in the test’s questions. With the exception of English comprehension, the questions will be in both Hindi and English.

It should be noted that the recruiting campaign will fill 14582 Group B and Group C positions in various Government of India Ministries, Departments, and Organizations, as well as numerous Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Tribunals. Out of the total number of vacancies, 6183 vacancies are reserved for UR, 2167 vacancies for SC, 1088 vacancies for ST, 3721 for OBC and 1423 for EWS category.
From June 9 to July 4, 2025, the SSC CGL registration period was open.
