The online registration for State Bank of India’s Junior Associate – Customer Support and Sales (SBI Clerk) is ending today, 26th August. Today is the last date to apply. Interested candidates can apply for SBI Clerk Recruitment on the official website sbi.co.in.
The bank is conducting the SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025 drive to fill 6589 Junior Associate vacancies (both regular and backlog combined).
To apply for the SBI Clerk exam, candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on April 1, 2025. This means candidates should be born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per rules.
Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification. Candidates pursuing an integrated dual degree can also apply, provided they complete their course on or before December 31, 2025. Those in the final year/semester of graduation are eligible to apply provisionally, but if selected, they must produce proof of passing the graduation exam on or before December 31, 2025.

The SBI Clerk selection process will include a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and a Language Test.
- Prelims Exam: Objective-type test for 100 marks to be completed in 1 hour.
- Mains Exam: A total of 190 questions carrying 200 marks, with a duration of 2 hours 40 minutes.
- Local Language Test: After the Mains exam, provisionally selected candidates who did not study the specified local language in Class 10th or 12th will have to appear for this test.
For application fees, General, EWS, and OBC candidates need to pay ₹750, while SC, ST, PwBD, XS, and DXS candidates are exempted from the fee.
