- Visit the official website of the State Bank of India (SBI) at www.sbi.co.in.
- Scroll down and click on “Careers” >> “Current openings.”
- A new page will open at https://sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings.
- Search for “Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales)” for Advertisement No: CRPD/CR/2024-25/24 and click on “Download Preliminary Exam Call Letter.”
- A login page will appear on the screen.
- Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY).
- Fill in the captcha code and click on “Login.”
- Your SBI JA Prelims Admit Card 2025 will appear on the screen.

- Shift 1 – Reporting Time: 8:00 AM | Exam: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Shift 2 – Reporting Time: 10:30 AM | Exam: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Shift 3 – Reporting Time: 1:00 PM | Exam: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Important Documents to Carry to the Exam Hall
Candidates appearing for the SBI Clerk Prelims Exam 2025 must carry the following documents to the examination centre:
- Admit Card with Self Declaration (Undertaking):
- A clear printout on A4 size paper downloaded from the official website.
- The undertaking must be duly filled in by the candidate.
- Passport-size Photograph:
- The same photograph as uploaded in the online application form.
- This will be pasted on the attendance sheet in the exam hall.
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Original and Non-Expired):
- Candidates must bring any one of the following government-issued ID proofs:
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card / E-Aadhaar
- Ration Card with photograph
- Bank Passbook with photograph
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable):
- Candidates claiming relaxation under the PwBD category must carry a certificate issued by the authorised medical officer.
