RRB Junior Engineer Exam Date 2026 Out
The RRB JE computer-based exam will be held on three days, on 19th and 20th February and on 3rd March 2026, in three shifts each day. RRB Junior Engineer Selection Stages
- CBT 1: The test has 100 questions from Mathematics with 30 questions, General Intelligence and Reasoning with 25 questions, General Awareness with 15 questions, and General Science with 30 questions. The total time is 90 minutes, and one-third marks are cut for each wrong answer.
- CBT 2: This is the main technical exam. Part A has 100 questions from General Awareness, Physics, Chemistry, and Basics of IT or Environment. Part B has 100 questions related to the specific trade and is qualifying in nature. The total exam time is 150 minutes.
- Document Verification: After CBT 2, shortlisted candidates have to show their original certificates and marksheets to check education details, age, category, and identity proof.
- Medical Examination: In the final stage, candidates go through a medical test to check eyesight, hearing, and physical fitness as per the post requirements. Only medically fit candidates are appointed.
