- Click on CRP-CSA (Customer Service Associate) on the left side of the page.

- Click on List of Candidates Provisionally Allotted under CRP-Clerks-XIV (Reserve List).
- In the drop-down section, select the state to check the provisional allotment list.
- The registration numbers of candidates provisionally allotted under CRP-Clerks-XIV will appear on the screen.
