IB Security Assistant Age Limit (28.09.2025)
As of September 28, 2025, the minimum age requirement for the position of Security Assistant (Motor Transport) is 18 to 27 years old. Candidates must make sure that the age range listed in the official announcement corresponds to their date of birth. According to government regulations, candidates who belong to restricted categories and specific special groups are eligible for relaxations in the upper age restriction.
- OBC candidates are eligible for a 3 year exemption, and SC/ST candidates receive a 5 year relaxation.

- Having a current Motor Vehicles (LMV) driver’s license issued by the appropriate authority.
- Understanding of Motor Mechanism (The applicant should be able to fix little issues with the car).
- Experience operating a motor vehicle for a minimum of one year following the issuance of a current driver’s license.
- possession of the state’s domicile certificate that the applicant is attempting to obtain.
Any Central, State, or Semi-Governmental Department, Organization, Institute, Corporation, PSU, Autonomous Bodies, or Registered Firms should grant the Experience Certificate of Driving for a minimum of one year following the issuance of a valid driver’s license.
