The form has to be sent only in offline mode and any form sent by email will not be accepted, so people need to follow the given steps to make sure their application is taken.

  • Fill in your name, father’s or husband’s name, date of birth, sex, nationality, education, category with certificate, address, mobile number, email, and work experience if any

  • The selection will be done through a written test and then a computer test
  • The written exam has English Composition for 50 marks and General Knowledge for 50 marks
  • To pass, a total of 40% marks are needed with at least 33% in each subject
  • Those who pass the written test will go for the computer test
  • The computer test is only to check skills and its marks will not be added to the final list
  • There is also a typing test in English at 30 words per minute
  • The stenographer grade 3 post is chosen through a shorthand test and a computer test
  • In the shorthand test, the speed is 80 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute for typing on a computer
  • The computer test checks word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • The computer test is only for qualification and its marks are not added to the final list
