- Enter Application Number, Date of Birth or Password, and Security Pin if needed.
- Select the question to challenge and choose the answer option as per your claim.
- Upload valid proof or reference supporting your claim.
- Pay the required fee for each question challenged.
- Make payment using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Check all details carefully before final submission.
