The State Health Society, Bihar (SHS Bihar) has announced a total of 1075 vacancies under the SHS Lab Technician Recruitment 2025. Out of these, 07 vacancies are for Senior Laboratory Technician posts, while the remaining 1068 vacancies are for Laboratory Technician posts.

Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for Laboratory Technician is as follows:
- The CBT exam marks (out of 75) will be multiplied by 0.8 to calculate the weighted score.
- 0.25 marks will be subtracted for each wrong answer.
- The duration of the exam is 75 minutes
- Candidates with work experience as fully contractual lab technicians during COVID-19 prevention and control will get extra marks.
- 5 marks will be given for each year of experience, a maximum of 20 marks will be awarded
- Total marks = 80 (CBT) + 20 (Experience) = 100 marks.
- The General Language paper is qualifying in nature.
- Candidates must score at least 30% marks in this paper to qualify for evaluation of the other papers.
