• Maximum Age: 33 years

• You must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognised board.

• You must have an ITI certificate from an institute approved by NCVT or SCVT.

• Or, you must hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT.

Steps To Apply For RRB Group D Recruitment 2026

• Go to rrbapply.gov.in

• Register first on the portal

• Log in again using your details

• Fill out the online application form

• Upload the required documents

• Pay the application fee

• Submit the form

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official RRB application website: rrbapply.gov.in

• Create your account

• Click on the notification titled “CEN-09/2025 – Group D (Level-1)”

• Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID

• Submit the form and note the Registration Number and Password sent by SMS/Email

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

• Log in with your Registration Number and Password

• Select your Zone

• Fill in personal details, education details, and address

• Choose exam-related preferences

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• Upload scanned copies in the given format

  • Recent Photograph: 35 mm × 45 mm, JPG/JPEG, 15–40 KB

  • Signature: JPG/JPEG, 10–20 KB

  • Category Certificate (if applicable): JPG/JPEG, 50–100 KB

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

• Pay using UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking

• Eligible candidates will get a refund after appearing in the CBT as per RRB rules

• Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• • For Male Candidates

    • Must lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes

    • Must complete 1000 meters running in 4 minutes 15 seconds

    • Only one chance will be given

  • For Female Candidates

    • Must lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes

    • Must complete 1000 meters running in 5 minutes 40 seconds

    • Only one chance will be given
