UGC NET Answer Key 2025 Download Link
The UGC NET December Answer Key link for the December session will be made available on the official website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ by 15th January 2026. The answer key will be released for all 85 subjects, and candidates will need to log in using their application number and date of birth to view it.
Steps to Download UGC NET 2025 Answer Key
- Visit the official UGC NTA website at https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the link that says “UGC-NET December 2025: Click Here to Answer Key Challenge.”
- Log in using your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the Security PIN shown on the screen, then submit.
- Click on “View Question Paper” to see your marked responses.
- To view or challenge the answers, click on “Click to view / Challenge Answer Key.”
- Question IDs will appear in order on the screen.
- The option shown under “Correct Option(s)” is the official answer key used by NTA.
- Dropped questions will be clearly marked and cannot be challenged.
- If you want to challenge an answer, select one or more Option IDs by ticking the checkbox.
- After selecting, scroll down and click on “Save your Claims” to move ahead.
- A new screen will show all the options you have challenged.
- Upload supporting documents by clicking “Choose File” and upload them in a single PDF file.
- Click on “Save your Claims and Pay Fee” or choose “Modify your Claims” if changes are needed.
- After saving, a page showing your challenges will appear.
- Click on “Pay Fee” to complete the process.
- Pay ₹200 for each question challenged using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

UGC NET Answer Key 2026 Raise Objection Link
The University Grants Commission NET gives candidates a chance to raise objections if they feel any answer in the answer sheet is wrong. This can be done only within the time period announced by NTA. To raise an objection, candidates must upload proper proof to support their claim. A fee of Rs. 200 has to be paid for each question challenged, and the payment can be made only through online mode.
