Assistant Manager (HR&A)
You need to have a Graduation degree in any subject and also a two-year full-time MBA or similar degree that focuses on HR or Personnel Management.
You can also apply if you have a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in HR or Personnel Management from a recognized university or institute.
If you have a degree with two special subjects, that is accepted as long as your marks in HR or Personnel Management are not lower than your marks in the other subject.
Assistant Manager (F&A)
You must have a Graduation degree in any subject and also have passed the final exam to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
Another option is having a full-time two-year MBA degree that focuses on Finance and Accounts from a recognized college or institute.
If you have an MBA with two main subjects, that works too, as long as your marks in Finance and Accounts are not lower than your marks in the other subject.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade-II
