SSC GD 2026 Notification Out: 25,487 Vacancies Released, Apply Online Now!
Staff Selection Commission has finally released the vacancy for SSC SD 2026 in which a total of 25,487 vacancies are available. Basically, this recruitment has been brought for BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, NCB, SSF, Assam Rifles. Its online application forms have started from 1 December 2025 which will continue till 31 December 2025. The minimum age of the candidates to apply for the SSC GD form has been kept at 18 years and maximum at 23 years. SSC GD 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, and Riflemen) must have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
The candidate must be between 18 to 23 years of age to be eligible for the SSC GD 2026 Exam. Age relaxation is provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government rules.

How To Apply For SSC GD 2026 – Step By Step Process
- Visit the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, go to the “Apply” section and click on the “Apply” link.
- If you are a new user, complete the registration process.
- Enter details such as your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
- After successful registration, you will receive a Registration ID and password. Note them down for future use.
- Log in using your Registration ID and password, locate the SSC GD 2026 Exam link, and click on “Apply”.
- Fill in your personal details, including name, father’s name, mother’s name, category, gender, and nationality.
- Provide your educational information such as school/college name, board/university, and marks obtained.
- Choose your preferred exam centres from the available options.
- Upload a recent passport-sized colour photograph and signature in JPEG format within the specified size limits.
- Pay the application fee using net banking or a debit/credit card.
- Review all the information entered carefully before submitting the form to ensure accuracy.
